World Bank says Malawi Economy is Recovering

According to the World Bank (19 June 2013), the Economy in Malawi is recovering. Manufacturing is expected to grow more than 6 percent and agriculture is estimated to grow at 5.7 percent.  At a meeting in Malawi, the Bank presented an overall assessment of the progress the country had made over the past six months under the leadership of President Dr Joyce Banda.
